Northpark residences Information


Northpark residences  a new upcoming mixed used development comprising of both residential and commercial units developed by Fraser Centrepoint Homes. Northpark residences located just beside Northpoint shopping mall  is set to be developed into a 13 storey integrated complex with 12 block and consisting of 920 residential units with North South orientation. There would be studio apartments to 5 bedroom units to cater investors and home owners buying for their own stay. A huge landscape facilities would also be built with a size equivalent to the 3 football fields and a 50m lap pool. There would also be 10 thematic gardens, 7 pavilions and 7 main pools amidst the 50 named facilities for residents to enjoy.  Northpoint shopping mall with will be integrated with Norrhpark residences  will have a covered pedestrian promenade and link bridges . An integrated transport hub would also be developed at the town centre that will incorporate a air conditioned bus interchange, shopping mall, community club and a town plaza to provide convenience to residents of North Park Residences. Other than being close to Northpoint Shopping mall there are other shopping, dinning and entertainment alternatives that are nearby such as Junction nine and Chong Pang Market Food Centre. 

Seamless connectivity

North Park Residences which is within 500m to Yishun MRT station will be the first private residential development in Yishun to be nearest to Yishun MRT station. The Thomson Line which will open in 2019 will be the key link between the North and CDB.  Traveling time would also be shorten with the direct city connection provided by the North South Expressway come 2020. Motorist can expect to save to 30% of their time travelling between the North and city centre during peak hour.

HealthCare 

Healthcare is also well taken care of at Northpark residences as Khoo Teck Puat Hospital is within close proximity. Khoo Teck Puat hospital has 590 beds for general and acute care and offers a comprehensive range of medical services and specialist care. These is also the new Yishun Community Hospital with 428 beds that will provide sub - acute, rehabilitative, dementia and palliative care. Located just beside Khoo Teck Puat Hospital patients discharged from general acute hospitals can rehabilitate in the new community hospital. This new hospital is set to open in 2015. 

Potential pool of tenants 

GEMS World Academy is a Dubai based educational institute will be setting up their first campus in South East Asia. The school will start operating next year September. It offers a IB diploma course that is recognise worldwide. Students that needs to relocated every few years wil have to be enrolled into this institution to prevent disruption to their curriculum. 

Seletar Aerospace Park is dedicated to the aerospace industry and its aviation research and development activities. There are big companies like Rolls Royce, ST Aerospace and Eurocopter. When Seletar Aerospace Park is fully completed it wil generate more than 10,000 high skill jobs and residential within the area will be homes to many working there.  

Outdoor Activities

Yishun would be one of the 7 town that will have their intra town cycling network expanded. The extensive cycling will enable convenient access to town centres, MRT Station, amenities and nearby towns. There would also be expansion of the park connector network in Yishun that will link residents to more parks. The new Springleaf park will serve those living in Yishun South.
